long and healthy hair


I've been trying to grow out my hair ever since I cut it a bit shorter than shoulder length last spring. I was taking Biotin but I'm not sure if I noticed any difference in my hair. Other things I've been doing are....
- giving my scalp massages with my fingertips, I usually do it when I'm about to go to bed or about to shower
- drinking a lot of water (...TRYING to anyways haha)
- trimming the ends ( I need to do this again soon)
- eating more veggies and fruits, they're full of vitamins that can help with hair growth
- adding rosemary to my shampoo

Do you have any tips on getting gorgeous long hair?
